Madison believes consistency, awareness, and trust in the process are the foundation of meaningful change, both physically and mentally.
Madison is the founder and heart behind MYO - Make It Your Own - a movement studio where connection and care for our mind and body are our top priority. Her approach to fitness is grounded in the belief that movement should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable. Don't expect to find anything at MYO rushed or performative. Drawing from reformer Pilates and rebounding, Madison designs classes that build strength and stability while remaining low-impact and accessible for every body.
With a deep respect for how the body functions and responds to movement, Madison places equal emphasis on form, breath, and presence. Her teaching style is thoughtful and encouraging, offering individualized guidance in a small-group setting so every student feels seen and supported.
Through MYO, Madison has created more than a studio; she’s created a space where people can totally connect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and move with purpose. Her goal is for every person who walks through the door to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more in tune with themselves.
