FORGE is a 50-minute strength-focused class designed to build muscle, bone density, and connective-tissue resilience through intentional load and controlled effort. This is where strength becomes sustainable — developing power, stability, and confidence without rushing or overriding form. You’ll be guided to choose resistance intelligently, adjusting weight and pace to meet your body where it is while still challenging capacity. Expect focused work, steady heat, and the grounded confidence that comes from feeling truly strong.
FLIGHT is a 30 minute high-energy rebounding class designed to ignite circulation, stimulate lymphatic flow, and restore full-body vitality through rhythmic, progressive intensity. The continuous lift and return builds heat and momentum while remaining low-impact and joint-friendly. Expect sweat, rhythm, smiles, and energized clarity that carries well beyond class.

This 60 minute experience includes 10 intentional minutes dedicated to personal warm-up and guided FLOW STATE integration, honoring your body’s natural rhythm before and after structured movement. We begin by giving you room to arrive — warming up intuitively, setting intention, and orienting your body in a way that feels for you before moving into the precise, purposeful sculpting of FORME. The class then closes with a brief meditative FLOW STATE to integrate the work, regulate the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded, complete, and clear.
