MYO was created as a space to return to your body: thoughtfully, intentionally, and without pressure. Rooted in low-impact, total-body movement through reformer Pilates and rebounding, MYO blends strength, stability, and flow in a way that supports both physical resilience and mental clarity. Every detail, from the pace of class to the music that carries it, is designed to feel energizing yet grounding...a place where movement becomes something you look forward to, not something you force.
